Karteraki is called in Crete, it is a legendary cretan mixture, It's a tea for any time of the day and perfect for cold and sore throat.

Ingredients: dictamus, sage, penny royal mint, cretan mountain tea, marjoram
Use: Pour 1-2 teaspoons in a cup of hot water for 7-10 minutes, strain and drink.
You can drink up to 2-3 times a day.

Diktamo:
