Delivery - collection and payment
We deliver personally...
Personal delivery (daily, except Sundays and Mondays) to:
NL: Vaals, Gulpen, Maastricht, Heerlen and the places nearby
D: Aachen, Kohlscheid, Würselen to Alsdorf, Stolberg to Eschweiler
B: Kelmis, Eupen, Aubel, Verviers and the places nearby
Please specify the desired delivery date (day and time) with your order.
To all other regions and cities we send with parcel services.
Delivery and opening times
Opening times:
Monday:
closed
Tuesday until Saturday:
09:30 a.m. - 18:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 17:00 p.m.
Delivery:
We deliver (and send) every day except Sundays and Thursdays.
Pickup:
Collection is possible during our opening times or by arrangement.

Delivery costs payment
Frosso delivers personally:
region Limburg (NL), Aachen (D) or Eupen (B)
Minimum order value: EUR 25 Goods value up to EUR 50:
EUR 5 delivery cost
Goods value from EUR 50:
EUR 3 delivery cost
Shipping costs with parcel service to NL, D and B:
EUR 6,90 shipment fee
For all other countries we calculate the cost price.

All common payment methods are possible via our e-shop.
How to find us:
In Vaals-Lemiers, directly on the main street and the village church. Free parking spaces are available.

Orders from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, which we cannot deliver personally, are sent with a parcel service:
- EUR 6,90 shipment fee
- We only send refrigerated products after consultation and with a surcharge for the packaging. We do not send alcoholic beverages.
We send orders from all other EU countries with a parcel service:
- We charge our own cost price of ca. EUR 12.00 per order (depending on country). We do not send refrigerated products or alcohol (wine)!

Cash payment
Cash payment is possible for collection from the shop as well as for personal delivery.

You are welcome to transfer the invoice amount to our account in the Netherlands

We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards. This payment option exists for online orders and for payments in the shop.
